ance Center Evanston offers a fun, progressive program in a variety of dance techniques, including ballet, modern, tap, jazz, and hip hop.
Under the direction of Béa Rashid, our carefully designed curriculum takes children from the primary levels to pre-professional dance. Our staff is made up of professionals who have years of experience as teachers, performers, and choreographers.
DanceCircus celebrates over 40 years of inspiring, challenging,and entertaining performances marked by artistry, clarity, elegance, and simplicity. Artistic Director Betty Salamun weaves together movement, words, and music to create dances of power and meaning for audiences of all ages. Working with award winning poets, musicians, and visual artists she creates interdisciplinary performances. These collaborative performances incorporate non-dancers, students, people in agencies and diverse performers connecting the creative process of DanceCircus with life and work in the community.
At Dance Dimensions, it is our goal to provide students with a fun learning environment where they can exercise, learn dance vocabulary and establish self-esteem, coordination and poise through movement while developing technique. To instill a passion for dance in all students while building self-esteem and confidence in every child. To provide the proper dance technique to all students regardless of the level in which they are at so that all students can reach their greatest potential.
Located in Chicago’s historic southwest side neighborhood of Beverly, Dance Gallery features a state-of-the-art facility complete with two dance studios with full view mirrors and parental viewing window and offers a variety of dance classes ranging from ballet to ballroom dance. More than 12 professional instructors devoted to teaching new skills, as well as fostering an appreciation of the art of movement and dance, Dance Gallery provides advanced expertise and instruction for everyone from 2-year olds to adults.
When Marylee Sinopoli first began to make plans for her studio, her unique vision for Dance Gallery was to create a space specially designed for professional dance instruction. Sinopoli fills the studio space with artistic inspiration helping students awaken their creative spirit and develop their own talents and confidence both in and out of the studio.

Dovetail offers class in a variety of dance styles, group fitness with a dance influence and kids camps. FootWorks Dance Studio teaches a Modern Dance curriculum inspired by African American Masters such as Katherine Dunham, Alvin Ailey and Jewell McLaurin. Our students enjoy a fun, family atmosphere and receive personal attention. Our choreography and costuming is always mindful of the youthfulness of our dancers. We are dedicated to provide students fundamental and advanced dance skills that remain true to our art.
We offer a wide variety of classes and work outs for ages 3 to adult! We have ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, modern, contemporary, hip hop, lyrical, theatre, yoga, pilates, ballroom dancing, and cardio dance.
