Lucky Plush Productions is an ensemble dance-theater company based in Chicago, led by founder and Artistic Director Julia Rhoads. The company is committed to provoking and supporting an immediacy of presence—a palpable live-ness—shared by performers in real time with audiences. A unique hybrid of high-level dance and theater, Lucky Plush’s work is recognized for its layered choreography, nuanced dialogue, surprising humor, and socially relevant content.
Founded in 2013 by Artistic Director Nick Pupillo, Visceral Dance Chicago is a contemporary dance company dedicated to a bold and progressive world of movement. In less than three years, the company has developed a diverse and respected repertoire. With works by distinguished choreographers Sidra Bell, Mónica Cervantes, Marguerite Donlon, Brian Enos, Robyn Mineko Williams, Banning Bouldin, Harrison McEldowney, Fernando Melo, Ohad Naharin, and Pupillo, Visceral Dance Chicago continues to challenge audiences’ expectations. The Joffrey Academy of Dance, Official School of The Joffrey Ballet, is committed to providing students of all ages, levels and backgrounds who have a desire to dance with a world-class education built on a foundation of classical ballet. Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, under the artistic leadership of Glenn Edgerton, celebrates its 39th season in 2016 and 2017. Among the world’s top contemporary dance companies and a global cultural ambassador, Hubbard Street demonstrates fluency in a wide range of techniques and forms, and deep comprehension of abstract artistry and emotional nuance. The company is critically acclaimed for its exuberant and innovative repertoire, featuring works by master American and international choreographers. Hubbard Street’s artists hail from four countries and 12 U.S. states, and comprise a superlative ensemble of virtuosity and versatility. Since its founding by Lou Conte in 1977, Hubbard Street has grown through the establishment of multiple platforms. Directed by original Hubbard Street dancer Claire Bataille and led by a faculty of experienced performers, choreographers, and musicians, the Lou Conte Dance Studio (LCDS) at Hubbard Street Dance Chicago offers weekly classes of all levels in ballet, jazz, modern, tap, hip hop, African, African drums, musical theater, yoga, Pilates, and Zumba, as well as workshops and master classes.
Kris Pickar founded KP School of Dance in Sauk City, WI in 2000. KP School of Dance is dedicated to providing an enthusiastic, nurturing, and professional environment for students of all ages. Students are given caring, personalized attention to support their development as dancers. We provide opportunities for all ages and interests by offering a variety of dance styles. From technical movement to the simple joy of self-expression, our students learn to appreciate all aspects of dance. We emphasize technique, quality, and performance in a welcoming atmosphere to prepare students for college-level dance.

At Dance Dimensions, it is our goal to provide students with a fun learning environment where they can exercise, learn dance vocabulary and establish self-esteem, coordination and poise through movement while developing technique. To instill a passion for dance in all students while building self-esteem and confidence in every child. To provide the proper dance technique to all students regardless of the level in which they are at so that all students can reach their greatest potential.
