The Chicago Dance Connection was founded in 1992 offering young talented dancers from all over the country the opportunity to experience the finest teaching talent from Chicago and around the country. Today this mission is still going strong with our annual convention known as Jazz Camp. Our instructional conventions consist of classes throughout the day where dancers work to learn and improve technique. We also offer a Junior and Senior Competition where prizes are awarded.
The Cowley College Tigerette Dance Team is a proud and respected group of collegiate student-athletes that support Tiger athletics. The Tigerettes dance and cheer at all home women’s and men’s basketball games, along with appearances at various community events and college functions. The team performs a variety of styles including jazz, pom, and hip hop. The Tigerettes attend NDA dance camp each summer and perform in showcases and competitions during the year.

The mission of our studio is to offer movement opportunities for all ages in a positive environment, as well as instilling a passion for the art of dance and movement. Above all, we (as a faculty) are fully aware of our dramatic impact on the development of each dancer’s self-esteem and personal growth, and responsibility to present ourselves as positive and effective role models for our school.
Located in Chicago’s historic southwest side neighborhood of Beverly, Dance Gallery features a state-of-the-art facility complete with two dance studios with full view mirrors and parental viewing window and offers a variety of dance classes ranging from ballet to ballroom dance. More than 12 professional instructors devoted to teaching new skills, as well as fostering an appreciation of the art of movement and dance, Dance Gallery provides advanced expertise and instruction for everyone from 2-year olds to adults.
When Marylee Sinopoli first began to make plans for her studio, her unique vision for Dance Gallery was to create a space specially designed for professional dance instruction. Sinopoli fills the studio space with artistic inspiration helping students awaken their creative spirit and develop their own talents and confidence both in and out of the studio.
Donna Jeanne' Professional School of Dance is one of the best Milwaukee Dance Studios and it features training for pre-school, grade school, teenage, and adult students. Her classes provide exercise, performance, teaching and choreography in the contemporary style of Modern Jazz (Street/Hip Hop/Contemporary Fusion), Swing, Mid-Eastern, Ballet, Tap, Acrobatic, Ballroom (consisting of Rumba, Salsa, Mambo, Tango, Waltz, Polka, Foxtrot, and Swing), Wedding Couples, Bollywood, Belly Dancing, Country and Line. The school is directed by Kerry Hubata and was founded in 1968 by Kerry Hubata and Phyllis Wills. It is dedicated entirely to education in classical ballet and includes work from pre-ballet through professional levels.Students may expect to be offered a sound technical preparation for professional work. At the same time, the school offers classes designed to meet the interest of students who wish to study ballet for personal enrichment and fitness.
During the Festival School Days, more than 15,000 Minnesota children see artists from around the world perform exquisite music, heartfelt dramas and heart-pounding movement inside the Ordway! Students can interact with artists while they eat lunch in the park, tour the ARTwalk or attend workshops!
Inside the Ordway, performing artists from around the world take to the stage for two full days of shows for only $5 per ticket! Also during the Family Weekend, downtown Saint Paul comes alive with family-friendly events! Between 10:00am and 5:00pm on June 4-5, the parks around the Ordway fill with free arts activities, art exhibits and performances! The Ordway proudly presents a vast array of performances on the Festival’s two outdoor stages – the World Stage and Landmark Stage – and in the surrounding parks…all for free!
FootWorks Dance Studio teaches a Modern Dance curriculum inspired by African American Masters such as Katherine Dunham, Alvin Ailey and Jewell McLaurin. Our students enjoy a fun, family atmosphere and receive personal attention. Our choreography and costuming is always mindful of the youthfulness of our dancers. We are dedicated to provide students fundamental and advanced dance skills that remain true to our art.
We offer a wide variety of classes and work outs for ages 3 to adult! We have ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, modern, contemporary, hip hop, lyrical, theatre, yoga, pilates, ballroom dancing, and cardio dance.
