Gayle’s Dance Studio is the only studio in Milwaukee that has two studios each equipped with one-way mirrors in the reception rooms. Academy of Dance Arts is a school devoted to the professional training of students in the art of dance.ADA continuously strives to maintain the professional standards set by its founder Roberta Rehberg-Boorse, who opened the Academy in 1983. The Academy employs a diversified group of professional teachers who are fully qualified to provide expert training in a variety of dance styles. ADA offers classes in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip-Hop, Pointe, Modern, and Irish. Our mission is to provide high-quality dance training in a positive atmosphere for any student who enjoys studying the art of dance.
The School of Madison Ballet opened its doors in the fall of 2005 and has since welcomed over 1000 dancers into its studios to experience the benefits of comprehensive, classical ballet training. Under the leadership of Artistic Director, W. Earle Smith, SMB focuses on providing students with a unique experience in a professional atmosphere that allows each student to develop to his or her highest possible level of individual achievement. Kalaanjali, LLC is a School of Indian Dance in Madison, Wisconsin, and is directed by its founder Meenakshi Ganesan. The name of the school, Kalaanjali, has its roots in two Sanskrit words. “Kala” means “art” and “Anjali” means “to offer”. “Kalaanjali”, the name of the school, represents the offering of the arts of dance and music.
Kalaanjali’s Bharatanatyam students get a rigorous training in the Natyashastras, one of the greatest creations in the field of dance, drama, and theater. While the scope of Natyashastras is well beyond dance, the Natyashastras offer a systematic education in the basic dance steps, hand gestures, foot movements, eye movements, neck movements, rhythms, facial expressions, and the other rules and principles that make up the the foundation of the dancing art.

Welcome to Synergy Dance Academy of Madison, Wisconsin! We opened our doors in the summer of 2012 at 549 Zor Shrine Place. Synergy Dance Academy has quickly established itself as the place to go for topnotch training in all areas of dance. Our award winning teams compete locally as well as regionally. They learn unique choreography with our instructors and from visiting choreographers from LA to New York and everywhere in between.
Our incredibly talented staff of dance teachers were instrumental in developing the vision for the studio and the Synergy Dance Teams. What has developed are incredible opportunities for both the dancers and the teachers!
We offer classes for ages 3-18 in ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, hip hop, contemporary and lyrical as well as “Mini Mover” classes for the tiniest of dancers! Our “Chance to Dance” program is specially designed for dancers with developmental differences. It provides these dancers an opportunity to explore and express themselves through music and movement.
