Studio 3-D’s objective in teaching is not only to impart the correct techniques in the art of dance, but also to have the students experience the enjoyment of learning with a feeling of self-satisfaction and a sense of accomplishment. Although some students may go on to seek a career in dance, Studio 3-D is less interested in molding professional dancers than in shaping disciplined, respectful, gracious and dedicated young people who also develop a love and appreciation for the art.
Studio 3-D is recognized for a positive educational environment, an active role in the community, and a contribution to the exposure to the arts for students and their families. The Studio also sponsors 3-D Family Theatre, to foster the inner performer in all.
Dance Wisconsin is a regional dance company that promotes excellence in the art of dance. The company presents high-quality productions featuring dancers from all over southern Wisconsin and guest artists from professional companies around the world. These productions not only offer the opportunity for young people to explore new heights, but also to learn teamwork, commitment and a sense of pride in accomplishing something truly extraordinary. Dance Wisconsin is the state’s only Honor Company in Midstates Regional Dance America.
Dance Wisconsin provides the vehicle for young dancers to go beyond their studio dance experience and learn more about their art form while making valuable connects in the dance world at a professional and collegiant level. The Company’s purpose is to bring a high artistic level of dance to the community. The company accepts an elite few from The School of Dance West Ballet at auditions held in August each year for the upcoming season. Junior Apprentices are considered to be in training and therefore may or may not receive performing roles.
Members of DanceWest Ballet Company perform in The Nutcracker and a spring repertoire performance. Dancers also participate in the school concert presented every June, as well as attending the Regional Dance Association Festival held at one of the Mid States companies, usually in May. Company members participate in performances that are scheduled as opportunities for performances arise.

Her classes provide exercise, performance, teaching and choreography in the contemporary style of Modern Jazz (Street/Hip Hop/Contemporary Fusion), Swing, Mid-Eastern, Ballet, Tap, Acrobatic, Ballroom (consisting of Rumba, Salsa, Mambo, Tango, Waltz, Polka, Foxtrot, and Swing), Wedding Couples, Bollywood, Belly Dancing, Country and Line. DuPage Dance Academy was established over 30 years ago in Elmhurst, Illinois. Our qualified and experienced instructors have taught the art of dance in ballet, pointe, jazz, tap and pre-ballet to students ranging from four years old to adults.
Our resident dance company, “Elmhurst Dance Theatre”, provides performing opportunities for intermediate and advanced level students, including our very popular annual “Nutcracker Highlights”, as well as performances with the Elmhurst Symphony and Chicago Dance Slam.
We are quite proud to have many students receive college dance scholarships and move on to professional careers in dance and dance education.
En Pointe Dance Company is offering classes in Ballet, Jazz, Tap And Lyrical ages 3 to Adult.
The school is directed by Kerry Hubata and was founded in 1968 by Kerry Hubata and Phyllis Wills. It is dedicated entirely to education in classical ballet and includes work from pre-ballet through professional levels.Students may expect to be offered a sound technical preparation for professional work. At the same time, the school offers classes designed to meet the interest of students who wish to study ballet for personal enrichment and fitness.
