Studio 3-D’s objective in teaching is not only to impart the correct techniques in the art of dance, but also to have the students experience the enjoyment of learning with a feeling of self-satisfaction and a sense of accomplishment. Although some students may go on to seek a career in dance, Studio 3-D is less interested in molding professional dancers than in shaping disciplined, respectful, gracious and dedicated young people who also develop a love and appreciation for the art.
Studio 3-D is recognized for a positive educational environment, an active role in the community, and a contribution to the exposure to the arts for students and their families. The Studio also sponsors 3-D Family Theatre, to foster the inner performer in all.
The Joffrey Academy of Dance, Official School of The Joffrey Ballet, is committed to providing students of all ages, levels and backgrounds who have a desire to dance with a world-class education built on a foundation of classical ballet. Ballet Chicago is an internationally recognized professional track school of ballet that creates exceptional dancers and people. “Dance” is the most physically and mentally demanding subject within the Performing Arts. Our professional staff, through their knowledge and love for dance, hope to inspire in our students not only dance technique and style but the determination, dedication, and self discipline that is needed to acquire the rewards in the dance education. It is our feeling that when our students have left the studio, whether it is to pursue a career in dance or not, that he or she has developed a stronger character through self confidence, awareness of themselves physically and mentally a greater sense of responsibility, and a better appreciation of the arts.

Central Midwest Ballet offers our community excellence in dance performance and training. We assist our students to achieve their highest potential in technique while developing self-esteem, positive self-image, and lifelong health habits.

North Shore School of Dance (NSSD) is a professional school with 5 studios in one location. We offer graded classes in ballet, pointe, jazz, tap, modern and hip-hop. We also offer open classes in Adult Ballet and Modern, Bollywood, and Boys Hip Hop. NSSD boasts a highly qualified professional faculty, along with guest artists from major well-respected dance companies. These faculty members make it possible for the school to offer an extensive program from pre-school to professional.
