A Leap Above Dance studio teaches ages 3 to adult the art of dance in a fun and friendly atmosphere! We offer classes in ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, creative movement, and pointe, in one of our three spacious studios.
A Step Above Dance & Music Academy provides its students with self-confidence and feelings of accomplishment through excellent training in all areas of dance and music. Director Tamra Bisbee McKittrick teaches with a faculty of highly-trained and caring teachers who are looking forward to helping you and your child develop a lifelong respect and appreciation for the performing arts. Midwest Performing Arts provides a professional and encouraging environment in which our students can learn the art of dance while also learning skills needed for a successful life. We believe that introducing and enriching lives in dance is a wonderful gift that will last forever.
Our progressive program offers training in dance technique grounded in Ballet, Modern and Jazz Dance, while also including Tap and Hip Hop styles of dance. It is important as a dancer to have a well rounded education in many different forms of dance. Our schedule and curriculum allow each and every student to learn in many genres.
It is the mission of Madison Contemporary Vision Dance Company to present original and diverse contemporary-based choreography in order to inspire audiences of all ages and backgrounds to appreciate a deeper connection to dance as a visual art-form, while also providing a platform for dancers and other artists to come together for resources, education, events, support, and community.

Donna Jeanne’ Professional School of Dance is one of the best Milwaukee Dance Studios and it features training for pre-school, grade school, teenage, and adult students. Her classes provide exercise, performance, teaching and choreography in the contemporary style of Modern Jazz (Street/Hip Hop/Contemporary Fusion), Swing, Mid-Eastern, Ballet, Tap, Acrobatic, Ballroom (consisting of Rumba, Salsa, Mambo, Tango, Waltz, Polka, Foxtrot, and Swing), Wedding Couples, Bollywood, Belly Dancing, Country and Line. The Joel Hall Dancers express contemporary urban life through dance while educating, entertaining, and inspiring their audience. The signature dance style of JHD incorporates ballet, jazz, modern, funk, and “street dance” using contemporary jazz and house music to create an innovative and continuously evolving dance style that is appealing, relevant, and approachable for those frequently underserved by the arts.
The Joel Hall Dancers maintain a citywide, national, and international reputation, not only for their diversity and innovation, but also for their substantive sociological content and engaging aesthetic style. Under the leadership of Artistic Director Joel Hall, the Joel Hall Dancers have carried their unique yet universally accessible voice to venues that span the world.
