Midwest Academy of Dance provides professional dance instruction at prices affordable to middle and lower income participants. For 20 years we have offered classes in tap, jazz, ballet, pointe, hip hop, and modern for all ages & all sizes – beginners to advanced level dancers.
MEDC is Amelia’s premier dance studio where kids and teens experience dance in an outrageously fun and non-competitive atmosphere. Midwest Elite Dance Center offers group classes and private lessons in ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, hip-hop, gymnastics, and leaps/turns. Studio VIA provides students with the tools needed for their own development as dancers. Whether dance instruction is sought for physical health, personal enjoyment, extra-curricular activity or for professional study, we can accommodate students of all ages and backgrounds. With a unique philosophy of incorporating dance education with the study of the human body, Studio VIA will develop a dancer’s technique to its fullest. The doors of the Summers Academy of Dance opened in 1996 on Berkshire Drive in Crystal Lake. Since that first day dancers from 18 months old to adults; beginners to professionals have come through our doors to train with our outstanding faculty and experience the joy of dancing.
Our Mission: To assist students in developing scholastic aptitude and excel in life by providing excellent education through various forms of dance and performing arts.
At the Summers Academy of Dance you can find classes for the child, teen, or adult recreational dancer who enjoys dancing once or twice a week for the creative, fun, and physical outlet. Welcome to Synergy Dance Academy of Madison, Wisconsin! We opened our doors in the summer of 2012 at 549 Zor Shrine Place. Synergy Dance Academy has quickly established itself as the place to go for topnotch training in all areas of dance. Our award winning teams compete locally as well as regionally. They learn unique choreography with our instructors and from visiting choreographers from LA to New York and everywhere in between.
Our incredibly talented staff of dance teachers were instrumental in developing the vision for the studio and the Synergy Dance Teams. What has developed are incredible opportunities for both the dancers and the teachers!
We offer classes for ages 3-18 in ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, hip hop, contemporary and lyrical as well as “Mini Mover” classes for the tiniest of dancers! Our “Chance to Dance” program is specially designed for dancers with developmental differences. It provides these dancers an opportunity to explore and express themselves through music and movement.
