Ballet Chicago is dedicated to rigorous technical training in a culture that fosters personal growth and by teaching impeccable technique as well as fundamental life skills, their students go on to find success in dance and life.
Ballet Quad Cities is one of our Midwest region’s premiere arts organizations. Launched as a professional dance company in 1996 by Founding Executive Director Joedy Cook, Ballet Quad Cities has garnered critical praise for its stunning performances. Ballet Quad Cities is the longest-running resident professional ballet company in the entire state of Iowa and western Illinois, one of only 100 in the nation. Our award winning performances and interactive school and community programs are accessible for everyone. Each year we touch over 25,000 people with the amazing, athletic and entertaining art of dance.

Ballet U, LLC provides a unique holistic and anatomical approach to classical ballet training that elevates ordinary technique to extraordinary levels of personal understanding for dance students and elite athletes regardless of their age, background or ultimate goals. Empowering ALL motivated students–children through adults, beginners through professionals–this methodology develops a visceral understanding of body mechanics and promotes maximum proficiency, safety and longevity. Whether participating in a group class or private coaching sessions, individually tailored technique ensures optimal health and achievement proportionate to personal commitment.

Our recreational and competitive dance programs offer each student the level of training they desire and aspire to achieve. Encouragement, Motivation and Creativity are the basis for our dance classes. We offer a complete recreational program with all students performing in our fabulous year-end “Spring Celebration of Dance” held every year at the finest theatres in the Green Bay and Fox Valley area. We welcome students of all abilities from ages two and up.

The Berkshire Ballet Theatre is Summers Academy of Dance’s pre-professional training program for motivated dancers 12-20 years old.
Students learn through technique classes and performances in a creative and disciplined environment. Intermediate 1 and 2 students begin the classical syllabus which requires students to work carefully with much repetition in order to isolate the correct muscle groups required for turn-out, extension, and a strong jump. When a student is ready pointe training begins. Character dance, modern dance and floor barre are also introduced into training. Berkshire Ballet Theatre trainees, apprentices, and company dancers continue advanced classical ballet training including classical variations, pas de deux, repetoire.
Center Stage Dance Academy (CSDA) is a professional dance academy located just 20 miles north of the Madison metro area. CSDA offers ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, lyrical, modern and ballroom dance for ages ranging from 3 years to adult.
Central Midwest Ballet offers our community excellence in dance performance and training. We assist our students to achieve their highest potential in technique while developing self-esteem, positive self-image, and lifelong health habits.
Our curriculum and faculty provide our students instruction both in the foundational skills of classical ballet and in a variety of dance forms to help them appreciate the cultural and ethnic diversity of expression in dance. Our scholarship opportunities make our programs widely accessible to students from all economic backgrounds.

Chicago Ballet Arts’ mission is to provide a structured, affordable ballet program with high professional standards for Chicago’s diverse north and northwest communities.
