Studio VIA provides students with the tools needed for their own development as dancers. Whether dance instruction is sought for physical health, personal enjoyment, extra-curricular activity or for professional study, we can accommodate students of all ages and backgrounds. With a unique philosophy of incorporating dance education with the study of the human body, Studio VIA will develop a dancer’s technique to its fullest. Cutting edge choreography, up to date training techniques and unique performance opportunities will allow Studio VIA to stand out above the rest.

Performing Dance Academy is committed to its students; we focus on the accomplishments and experiences of EACH dancer! We work hard to introduce and instill self-expression, confidence, discipline and passion in each student. Our goal is to allow all dancers to personally experience dance as an art form, build self-esteem, coordination, creativity, grace, musicality, rhythm, technique, learn dance history, build an appreciation for music/dance and above all… have FUN! We also believe in providing proper & elite dance instruction at an affordable rate.
The Dance Factory & Music Studios is committed to teaching the arts of dance and music through superior industry knowledge of it instructors. That, combined with a genuine love of what we do, encourages the growth of creativity and builds self-esteem on an individual basis. “Dance” is the most physically and mentally demanding subject within the Performing Arts. Our professional staff, through their knowledge and love for dance, hope to inspire in our students not only dance technique and style but the determination, dedication, and self discipline that is needed to acquire the rewards in the dance education. It is our feeling that when our students have left the studio, whether it is to pursue a career in dance or not, that he or she has developed a stronger character through self confidence, awareness of themselves physically and mentally a greater sense of responsibility, and a better appreciation of the arts.
Peoria Ballet is a non-profit company celebrating fifty years of providing the finest in dance performance and dance education to Central Illinois. Well known for its annual production of The Nutcracker, the performance features live orchestral music, professional guest artists dancing the roles of Sugar Plum Fairy and Cavalier, and more than 100 of the Academy’s own dancers. Each season also features a full-length theater production in the spring. The Peoria Ballet also collaborates with other arts and non-profit organizations in an effort to ensure the art of dance continues to be strong and vibrant in the community.

Midwest Academy of Dance provides professional dance instruction at prices affordable to middle and lower income participants. For 20 years we have offered classes in tap, jazz, ballet, pointe, hip hop, and modern for all ages & all sizes – beginners to advanced level dancers.
